In an effort to serve you better, we are continuing to enhance the HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs). The following new features are now available:
Smart Assist – Guide yourself and troubleshoot common EHBs tasks without reaching out to the HRSA Contact Center for technical assistance.
Use Smart Assist to help you with the following tasks:
• Changing a grant Project Director (PD)
• Requesting a submissions deadline extension
Access Smart Assist from your EHBs Home Page (widget in the top right corner) when you need to work on one of the supported tasks.
You will see more supported tasks added to the Smart Assist widget as we continue to enhance the EHBs for you.
EHBs Search – A quick way for you to search across different areas of the EHBs.
Use EHBs Search to quickly lookup your grant information, or find relevant knowledgebase articles and FAQs.
