Do not create duplicate accounts. Please verify if you have an existing account

• If you already have an account, you will receive an email with the username (email) associated to your account. Use this username (email) to login into the EHBs.
  
• If you do not have an account, you will be able to create one.

Registration within HRSA EHBs is a two step process:

• Create an individual account for yourself. This account should not be shared with any other user.
  
• Affiliate your account to your organization record, if it exists. Note, you cannot create a new organization record at this time. Each account can be associated with one or more organization(s).

HRSA EHBs allows the same user to be associated with multiple organizations! To do this, login into HRSA EHBs using your existing account. Click the 'Organizations' tab, then click the 'Register to Another Organization' button and follow the instructions.

To complete your registration, login into HRSA EHBs using your existing account. Search for an organization and associate your account to an organization.

Your email address is your EHB username. If you do not remember your email address, reach out to the HRSA Contact Center either by phone or email. HRSA Contact Center information is listed below:

For your security, your password is not shared with anyone and cannot be retrieved. You must reset your password, if you cannot remember it. You can get a new password emailed to you within a few minutes! If you do not get the email or cannot reset the password on your own, you must reach the HRSA Contact Center by phone at the number listed below:
